Favouring weak players In CHEL

Why are you favouring weak players in CHEL ? It's terribly ridiculous and obvious. You lack healthy competition

While we are not immune to the regular BS that NHL brings, my club has never once been relegated or gone on any major losing streaks; Winning in EA's NHL has always been about who can play the game the best, not who has mastered hockey so if you are having consistent problems, you need to switch up your gameplay

Goalie goes from properly playing his position and stopping pucks to playing outside of the crease and can't stop a shot for the life of him. Other teams goalie won't leave the crease and will block every shot, shot accuracy goes nuts the puck will always hit the goalie square in the chest, can aim anywhere and the puck will not go there. even had games where not a single one-timed shot came close to hitting the net. like OP said, its obvious.

  • I know what you mean but goalies are just programmed bad (or at the very least they need to get with the times); there are always other options you can take to pretty much guarantee goals, you just need to be quick in knowing when it's happening and finding that solution.

They're always gonna be bad at something so instead of being a one trick pony, it's better to know exactly how to draw a penalty for an easy penalty shot goal or to deke after slapping it up the side to gain room, or just utilizing the classic slap slow and tip with a buddy, etc.

To say the game favours weak players means you're salty you lose a lot which should mean that the game should then start favouring you more in return -- I will always be here to call out bad things in the game when something is out of our control but I also know need players to take responsibility for certain actions.

everyone is a one trick pony, everyone does this stupid L2/LT backhand shot, goalie cannot stop it, literally just played a game where some guy scored 7 goals and the goalie couldnt stop any and they were all the exact same. but we have 2 goals with 24 shots all different variations of shots

  • Flapjack 'em with a good hipcheck then - There is a hard counter to pretty much everything the top players can throw at you and when you learn it all you can get some crazy fun games that can almost go into double-digit periods. As much as it pains me to say, playing an authentic style of hockey with (regular) set plays and shots will only put you at a disadvantage so you gotta kick shins, get a little dirty with exploits of your own.
