Franchise Coaching

I’ve finished two season now and when I finish the season my coaches teaching ability changes to defensive when it was forward. When I go to have a meeting with the coach I can’t suggest switching it to forward style the option just doesn’t exist. No every year I gotta get a new head coach it’s annoying because you can’t build your team perfectly. Please fix this
