The world want NHL25 on Xbox one please.

NHL 24 WAS the last year that you speak of.

Brother the new consoles have been out for half a decade. The technology cannot stay the same forever and EA does not allow them the resources to make a game for both consoles separately.

NHL is in desperate need of an upgrade (We're literally still using old spaghetti code from PS3/XBox 360 era), and, unfortunately, that means leaving older versions behind. I completely get the frustration though; my buddy still has a PS4 so we've been forced to give everyone a break from us (not that we'd really want to play 25 that much anyway).

EA supported NHL on both the old and new gen consoles for 3 years--I don't recall them ever supporting 2 gens for more than 2 years before.  Also bare in mind that the current gen (Xbox Series S/X and PS5) is halfway over already, and the number of new games releasing for the old gen is rapidly declining (not just EA).
