Franchise Mode Co-op Online Mode

Is there a way for me to play a co-op franchise mode online? When we were kids, my brother and I used to play franchise mode together, but now that we're adults, we want to do the same thing without having to live in the same house like when we were kids. We would buy this game on release date if this mode were available! And I know of others who feel the same way.
