Franchise Mode, no Coach Meetings Available

Hi,

while playing franchise mode (which is much better than last year) I was trying to use the new coach discussion system to set players to certain positions. However, I’ve simmed all the way to the trade deadline Yr 1 and I still can’t talk to the coach, I’ve had morale on and off, fired and hired coaches, maybe I am missing something? Does owner mode have to be on?
