Getting doxed after taking the lead

I’m am playing on max ping of 20. 50% of the games I play, when playing rivals I score a goal and get the lead then my game start lagging and I lose connection. I got messaged after a game and they admitted to doxing me. I can’t even win a game fairly and I payed 130 to play.
