(HELP) Player measurements from inches/lbs to cm/kg

Hi, i need help changing my player measurements from inches/lbs to cm/kg. Im european and have always had the correct metrics in NHL games (cm/kg), and now for some reason in 25 i have the US metrics which i don't understand. All my friends still have the correct cm/kg measurements showing. We are all playing in EU. This is a pain creating new players and playing franchise mode. Thank you!
