Community ManagerHow often is that goal going on? Can you go into practice mode and score it with a high percentage? Also, goalies are your last line of defense. If this is frequently getting scored on you, it would be good to take control of your D and cover the short side better. In your video, it looks like your opponent had a step on you and easily got this shot off. That doesn't mean it should get scored on every time of course. So, if you think it's an issue with the game, get some unedited video showing it going in at a high rate.
It's best to put clips up on YouTube or published through your console so they can be streamed. Then you don't have to deal with the low file size allowed here.
This is exactly why I say we need a 2nd community manager that plays HUT. You wouldn't even question the OP clip like you did if you had maybe 3 hours of experience on HUT. Why do you think 6ft7 silver goalies outplay an 87 6ft1 goalie? It's literally been a thing for at least 6 years on HUT and you are going to question his defense when he brings up a known issue in the HUT community???

I played HUT for several years. I spent a huge amount of time on it. However, I'm sitting out this year and focusing more on WoC. I'm very well aware of needing to use bigger goalies. That's nothing new. I was always aware of the "glitch" goals. They just didn't get to me because I was good at stopping them. If I got scored on by them, that's on me since I didn't defend it. So, I never saw those goals go in consistently because I wasn't giving them the opportunity to do so.
