I am facing Connectivity issues in NHL 25

I’m having the same issue too it’s been happening to me all year I have a wired connection. I’ll have a low ping then I get randomly disconnected from the EA severs. NHL is the only game where this happens to me. I can play COD or other EA titles with no issues 

Have you contacted your ISP to see if they can run some diagnostics on your connection? We're not aware of any issues and are receiving few reports of disconnects. We also have some connection troubleshooting help here.

it's the same match and it's not my connection because I'd have it in every single match and it's clear that Spom lost because such a great game is from a professional

I always use wireless connections. Haven't tried wired yet. But it was fine a month ago.

I talked to them and the suggested to replace my router. Let me troubleshoot some think more before changing it.

This is very common with wireless connections. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

Yes.  Often.  Almost daily.  Always have to pull the power cord and log back in.  Frustrating.  I’m not sure if it’s nhl25, or the next junk console I was forced to buy to play 25.  Never experienced any of that on the Xbox one.

Which console are you on? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
