I want the measurement in foot and pounds , system is on french.

My game is in french and  and I would like to have the measurements of the height and the weight in pounds and feet, currently it is in cm and kg. we should have a tab that we could choose which ones we wanted to have. because I am 0 familiar with kg and cm. and by default with the game in French the measurements are in cm and kg... and I am 0 familiar with these measurements...
