Match data is not stored at ProClubs.

We have been playing NHL25 since EarlyAccess and have already played 18 games. The number of wins and losses is saved in the club stats, but the details of the matches are not saved. Only two games are displayed there.

We sporadically checked other clubs and were able to view their past match data. 

What can we do to have our matches tracked?

    Yeah, having this issue aswell! Any statement from EA?

    My guess is that it's related to the player summary page not loading while playing 6s Club games

      Yes, but it happens only if we play with all 5 club members. If we play with 4 or less human players, everything works fine.

        Ya but most clubs if their in the 6s lobby they have at least 5 members playing so

      Hi Aljo,

      Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, the error still exists. 

      We tested various scenarios yesterday to narrow down the error.

      First, we created a new club. ( ID: 42707 ) Then we played games with different numbers of players. The games with two players were recorded correctly and listed in the game e.g. under Recent Games.

      As soon as we played with all club members (5 skaters + CPU goalie) no match data was saved. The “Player Summary” screen was also not loaded at the end of a game.

      Please pass this information on to the team and keep us up to date.

      Hi Aljo, thanks for your support and for letting the team know. We found out that the problem occurs when we have 5 human payers in our team. If we play with AI in our team, the match details will be stored. But we're a club with 5 members so almost not a single game will be tracked.

    Funny thing is I believe drop in games record fine and the summary page does display after the game....

    We also played some matches with two drop in players, so we ended up with 5 human players again and tadaa no match data either. When we coudn't find a dropin player and had to play with AI the match details got tracked.

      Yup so we know the issue anything that has more than 4 human players boom player summary and stats won't be tracked,.4 or less teams are fine

  • The player summary for 6's has been broken since day 1 of early release. We primarily play full 6's and on the rare occasion 5's with a CPU goalie. It's never worked after the game over except for 1 game last week when we played. I was shocked to see it working and thought maybe something had been updated to fix it but it went back to not working the very next game
