MIC NOT WORKING
Game says im muted in the bottom right of world of chel, hasnt worked all year and thought it was my mic so i got a new one and still nothing. Ive checked every playstation setting, every chel setting and nothing is working.

What headset are you using?
this is the icon that shows. I’m guessing that is a mute icon but i am not muted anywhere on anything.
Yes i have, voice channel is on and it still is not working ive checked everything. It hasnt worked in nhl26 at all whatsoever so i dont know what it could be.

Hello. Have you checked the EA Connect settings? I forget the control to access this on PS, but you can see the button for that at the bottom of the screen.
Also cannot hear game chat whatsoever
