Michigan powerless

Hi I was hoping for some help with the Michigan on total control setting, when I try to pull a Michigan it does the motion but really slowly so it never goes in, and when I see some video of people playing and doing it, it seems way more powerful, so I was wondering if there was a way to put more power and quickness on that shot?
