Missing players in HUT

I got a player pick pack after the update, and chose Tanev. It was the season 2 upgradable players. But he is not in my club anymore. He’s just gone. Any solution?

Hello. Try exiting out of HUT and loading back in. Then, go to My Collection and hit Y/Triangle to manually search for him.

Thanks for trying that. You'll need to open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
