Missing points from season 3 xp path HUT

I was told from ea help to write here about bug in my game. I finished xp path week 1 and 3 objectives and when i claimed thease last rewards 7000 and 10000 from both weeks i didnt get any points to my account. In objectives / tasks those changed status to completed. 

i have now talkes with 2 different person in ea help and first told me to wait 24 hours and other told me that they cant help with xp path things and that only way to get thease missing points is to post this here. 

Please could somenone help me
