Is it being worked on? Are they aware of the problems is causing their most played mode? Are they aware that it's arguably one of the most sought after things for this year?
simple answers are needed, not constant deflection.

Community ManagerAgain, we are very well aware of the feedback surrounding this and are always looking to improve matchmaking. That's all the information I have currently.
Maybe its time to hire a few more people for the dev teams, as it looks like they can‘t handle so much with just a handful (?) of guys.

It's a lot more than a handful of guys. Regardless, when we have news on matchmaking, we'll make an announcement.
Well, it doesn‘t feel like that. Not only matchmaking, also those horrible acting AI Goalies. I have the feeling they are getting worse from year to year.
