The first time you started playing, did you open the app before it had time to fully load 100%? This caused problems a few years ago but was supposedly fixed; I recommend reinstalling your game.
My PS5 had similar issues at launch (happened for many games, not just singular), and simply doing a full reboot (fully powered off and unplugged for a few minutes) after the latest patch fixed it
