NHL 26 Kickstarters for PC & Switch 2

This yearly debate is tiresome - we want it - EA says they don’t believe it will be profitable or profitable enough.

There is an easy answer - put it on Kickstarter and EA gets to decide what the magic sales number is. Your customers get to prove their commitment with pre-sales - win/win at putting this frustrating argument to bed right (and costs EA nothing but a few mins of time)? Either way, the proof is measurable and not an arbitrary argument about theoretical estimates and if the kickstarters fail - the customers are to blame, not EA Management/Leadership.

This can be revisited the same way every few years and it puts NHL’s platform future in the supporters’ hands. Please present this to the right internal people - the fans will thanks you for the opportunity to make our request a reality.

    Trust me I'm a huge advocate for the game coming to PC and they 100% know people want it.  Hell I've even suggested just bringing over HUT as a type of test.  It could have it's own market for the testing.   There is nothing I would want more than having 120fps+ NHL experience.

    I play Xbox games on my PC all the time. You can Google how to do that. I am sure PlayStation has the same abilities. Not saying there shouldn't be a PC version, just saying that there are workarounds. Its very simple. And the controllers all pair via bluetooth to your PC or if you plug it in, they also work. Just trying to help

    are u also aware of Switch 2 and the cool factor of bringing our teams with us in our backpack?

    We're also aware of the Switch 2 and requests for it. If any new platforms are going to be supported, we'll make an announcement on our official channels.

    I feel like everyone is missing the point of my suggestion. Remove the want, politics, drama, awareness etc. - Kickstarter for additional platforms lets EA get the money (that they get to define) to support the project  or to show that there isn’t  enough demand. Everything else is just a nonsensical guess and progress will never be made.

    There was a petition for NHL19 that had over 8000 signatures to come to PC, demand is there, the expression of that demand faded with each year EA refused to release a PC title, people just gave up asking. We got 6 hours and 30 minutes until we find out if we get to play NHL on PC or if we are damned for the 17th consecutive year

    Well, the preorder site only shows it is available on Xbox and PlayStation.
