Based of this picture, I sent it seems like they're won't be a beta? May an EA staff confirm?
No there wont be a beta, considering the game launches in 32 days no point in a beta as they would have no time to make any changes

A beta test would have been nice, I was waiting for news of one, but sadly it appears that there will be none. Beta tests are huge ways to drive up sales and increase interest, so a missed opportunity here.

That's not even true, though. They patch the game throughout the first half of the NHL season so they could certainly make changes to the game even after going gold or what have you.
To me it seems like they're not confident.
