This has been the case for a very long time. Bug never fixed.
The thing is, I'm starting to wonder if its not even a bug and just how the game is programmed and set up to play.
VIdeo Game Community Logic, call everything a "bug" if they dont understand it. Its most likely programmed not to have goalie injuries.
I'm more inclined to think that they don't have any concept on how they could program it (in game play), as it is programmed to have goalie injuries when games are simmed. So they do exist and can happen but due to how they programmed the gameplay (playing experience relating to injuries), there is no way for a goalie to get hurt (unless you determine getting hit by a hard shot would do it, as per other injuries that can happen to forwards or defense.
