No option to log into a new email.
Hello EA,
I cannot access online content because NHL 25 automatically tries to log me into an old non-functioning email account. I can't change my email account login because EA Connect needs to be logged into in order to be allowed to make this change. If installing NHL 25 the first time had a log-in screen so players can choose which EA account they wanted to use would help solve this problem.
The problem is I can not login to my original account or reset the pass word because the link is being sent to a non existent email account, and that email account is also linked to my PSN account. My new email and EA account tells me, when trying to link it to PSN, that my PSN is already linked (to the old EA account) and only one account can be linked. I would like for EA to unlink and delete my old account if possible.
I have attached an image of the screen that automatically is shown when I open NHL25.
I have already spoken with an adivsor who told me to post my issue here. I have had this issue for years but have been able to login by backing out of the login screen, now that does not do the trick anymore as of the latest update.
