I totally agree this is such a stupid change , usually only 2 of us play and always getting 3 against just one more way this game is terrible,this game has gotten even worse than last year it's a terrible game ,this is the last year I buy this game will not buy it again until it gets better no competition wish 2 k would get back in the hockey game they were so much better
Whose idea was it to change this feature in the first place? Why remove a feature that works? Wake up EA!!
Can we have a anwser that the ea team are aware that we want version 24 back? its not enjoyable right now.☹️Or just a message from a moderator telling us that the message was told to the EA team

Is anything being done about this? They talked all about better communication with the community last year. This year they make a GIGANTIC change to matchmaking and mum has been the word.

EA. We all spend a 100 a year to get the newest version of the game that is pretty much a reskin of the year before. But we do it because we love hockey and competition. The fact there is no team size and location settings is a massive problem when all of us by the game for online play. We don’t buy the game because you designed some great new game each year. I tried to play a game with my buddy last night (that’s $200 you scammed from us) and it took about 50 min to get into two games and one of the games had a team or 4 vs us which was 2. You have stolen a $1000 dollars from the ppl on this thread (10ppl x $100= $1000) the least you could do is respond (or else why do you have these forums) and let us know you have heard the online community (who by the way keeps this game alive) and are going to fix this issue as none of us asked for this change.
Well it worked perfectly fine in nhl 23 and the games before nhl 24 , matchmaking , menus gameplay and hitting was good
Yeah this game is ridiculous but ea doesn't care because they make no money off us ,like hut where people buy cards ,I said to my buddy last night,there's no line changes so why get tired one rush up the ice and the backhand is so over powered when scoring it's ridiculous before this game came out they were saying how good they improved it ,not, this is the worst version yet ,I will not buy this game next year
