Players can't join club 6v6 lobbys in NHL 24-25

I’m not sure how long this issue has been happening, but every day it seems like my club players and I can’t join a lobby together. There are usually only three of us, and every time we ready up and find a match, one of us gets kicked out. We’ve literally tried everything we can think of to fix this. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the game, the server, or something else, but it’s quite annoying.

We’ve spent six hours today trying match after match, but we haven’t been able to join the pre-lobby together. I can’t seem to find anyone else with this problem—no Reddit posts, EA posts, or anything. This did happen to us in '24 about six months ago, but it only lasted for an hour at most, or the first 4 or 5 attempts, and then it was fine for the rest of the night.

If anyone has any idea how we can fix this, I’d be forever grateful

    Hi there. What console(s) are you all on? Does this happen if there are only 2 of you?

    To give you more clarity. We play on PS5 6v6 clubs. We have tried 3v3 and it does not work. Usually, we will get in to the club party lobby and ready up to find a match. After a few minutes, we will find a team but it always seem to be one of us left behind when joining the game lobby.

    If there's just 2 of you, is it always the same 2? I'm wondering if there's an issue with the 3rd player's build that could be causing this. In the past, we've seen similar issues where a piece of gear was bugged or they were set as a C or A and removing that resolved this.

    We also have a random player disconnecting when we get opposition. Also 2 of our player "blocks" are blinking frantically, often about 2 of the enemy player blocks too. I might add that the background is quite epileptic inducing in and by itself, and the added bugs does not help. Please fix!
