Please remove the ability to pull the goalie in drop in games of WoC

There are multiple players trolling by pulling the goalie over and over in WoC. The ability to pull the goalie needs to be removed to prevent this. If it can be setup so he can only be pulled within the final two minutes of a game, that would be ideal. Thanks!
