Pre-Order Extras; are they transferable?

Good afternoon folks. have a weird question. I am the parent of a player who is a lot more into HUT than I will ever be. I am mostly a Franchise player, and the perks/extras were all associated with HUT.  II was able to pre-order the game on my account, but is there any way I can get the extras/perks for HUT to be used on his account rather than mine? Considering having him log into the game first and see if that does anything, but thinking it is still linked to my profile rather than his, which means I would get the perks, not him. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
