Question about playoff mode

I know this isn’t the most played mode, but I use it to create custom tournaments. I find when swimming the playoff mode, players like Shea Theodore will decline in ratings even tho they only played one or two games. 

is there anyway to make it so player ratings don’t decline or increase.
