Referee career mode

Hi there. What would you do to make a fully featured career mode for being a linesman or ref?

Please no; the game needs more quality of life, not more bloatware

Honestly, I would much rather that they improve Franchise and BAP modes first, before adding more modes. Fill those modes out and build on them.  

Agreed that the game itself needs improvements first. I would suggest getting rid of some modes before adding more. quickplay, 3v3 drops/club, 6v6 drops/club... and thats just WOC, add in hut, vs, franchise, shootout, etc. For a player base as thin as hockey is right now (compared to other sport titles) I'd narrow some of these modes just as a quality of life change until the popularity of the game can grow and support all the modes.

Would it be BLOAT though?  Hear me OUT...

Thinking along the BAP line.  And the Janky system that is likely used to determine penalties...?

Where this idea dies is the subjectiveness to that type of position?  Too Broad, calling stuff that isn't there.  To TOO Narrow.  And yeah?  How you make a Game for that?  What would be the GOAL?  

Would be INTERESTING though?
