Season 3 Playoffs Bag
We finished the playoffs and won four rounds. It said we unlocked a bag and a patch but we had nothing in rewards or in the customization tab. Any info on this?

I didnt get a bag either but when I checked "recent rewards" it showed what I had received and then it was located is the customization tab. I would try looking in those areas and see if thats what happened to you as well.
