Sliders not saving

It takes more than 8 months to investigate this? Is it Dave who only works part time and does the investigating on a solar-powered calculator under the stairs? Issue still persists.

1. Detailing a 20-step process to save sliders is the OPPOSITE of "saving sliders is working".
2. If a choice is available in a menu, it should work. Changing and saving sliders is an available choice in specific game modes, so it should work. Saying that you should only use the Main menu way is the OPPOSITE of "saving sliders is working".
3. It's not a glitch, it's a bug, and one that even EA recognizes exists according to EA_Aljo . Mr Anonymous #9058467789634 posting multiple times to say it's not a glitch and that it's working is not proof of "saving sliders is working".

For BAP as well. Was like that in NHL24..

There was a patch today for this issue? Its been an issue for a bit now, thanks for bringing this up. 

It's in the main menu, every time I load the game it changes from pens 4 to pens 3 and tes the preset that I set up were NOT saving in  franchise mode reverting to nhl25 standard set but that part has now been resolved as per patch notes

THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE GAME, JUST BE MORE CLEAR ON HOW TO SAVE AND USE THE PRESETS

It's not a glitch, I don't know why you guys are saying its not saving. But i think you all are doing it wrong. You can only adjust the sliders in the Main Menu, not in a gamemode. go to sliders and tweak it, then go to game rules and tweak that too, then go to accessibility, click the preset and it will ask you to save it and apply a name to it, after you do that, let's say I named mine "Be A Pro Presets", go into your be a pro and then go to accessibility, then switch the preset to "Be A Pro Presets", once you do that, go to sliders and game rules to double check. Then enter a hockey game, go to game settings once you are on the screen with the "Team" vs "Team". If it is not saved, go to accesibility and switch it again to "Be A Pro Presets", double check again and play. Typically, you will have to go to accesibility before every game on the "Team" vs "Team" and switch it, but it beats having to chance 30 sliders, to just one.
