Tradeable Teams List

I have a question that I just cannot find an answer for, and it’s driving me crazy. 

I created a player, assigned him to a created team, and  set the contract at 4 years, with a modified no trade clause. I set it at 22 teams no trade, and assigned him to my created team. I then load the team into franchise mode, and start a new franchise. I view my players contract within franchise mode, and there’s 10 seemingly random teams on my tradeable teams list. Is it not possible to choose the teams you would be willing to be traded to?  If not, what’s the point of even having this option?? I don’t want to be traded to Chicago… Sorry Blackhawks fans.. I’m a Minnesota fan. 😀
