UNABLE TO CONNECT

i can’t use online modes anymore for at least 15 hours… HUT doesn’t work, CHEL doesn’t work… WIFI is ok. rebooted several times and ea-chat also can’t help 🙄 does anyone have similar problems with xbox x?

any other game is working (also nhl24, all online modes).

  • Is the game in your Quick Resume list? If so, remove it. Something else to do is clear the local saves. To do that, go to your Xbox settings > System > Storage Devices > Clear local saved games.

    It would also be good to clear your alternate MAC address with these steps:

    1. Go to your Xbox Settings
    2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • delete your profile (google how to do this) and use the Xbox app to re install profile. All game data is restored
