Vision passing / Icon passing

Hello,

i got a couple of questions:

• is it vision or icon passing? i prefer the latter one
• how does it work exactly?
  • when pressing R2 in PS5 the buttons for the target players appear and the passing works fine.
    So far, so good :D
  • is there a way to predict which player will be assigned which button?
    Currently it feels pseudo-random. One of the blue liners gets mostly X, the wingers most likely the 0 or rectangle... but somehow i am often surprised by the icons, loosing precious  time to select the right one
  • is there a setting for the way the icons are assigned?
