Does the game allow us to play early if we change regions(Canada - to - Australian)? or will it be a global launch? Curious if we could change location to Australia and play a day early (Sept. 26th)
Should be a global launch time.
If I remember correctly 24 was 2:00pm ET on early access release day I’m assuming 25 will be the same.
Yeah, typically with EA games, you'll be able to start playing NHL 25 at midnight on release day, depending on your time zone. If you pre-ordered the game or have EA Play, you should be able to access it right at 12:00 AM local time on the 27th.
Could be wrong though not sure.
Idk about the past but it's telling me 12 pm est not am. I even took the morning off tomorrow from work. Currently disappointed lol
It is 12 PM EST, which is noon EST, AM is midnight. So it is being released at noon EST on the 27th, not midnight
Official release time seems to differ year by year and I always see some players get in early while others have to wait (sometimes as late as regular launch despite pre-ordering)
From previous years, as mentioned above, it has varied as to the time it is playable. I have also noticed that it has depended upon your region as to the time it is available. Guessing we won't find out the exact time until right before early access.

- I just downloaded the deluxe edition on my ps5 and it says it’s playable at 9am on the 27th. So it seems like midnight est on the 27th isn’t correct.

Can you show me where it says midnight is the release time? Everything I'm seeing says 12 PM.
I have the deluxe edition downloaded for Xbox series X but it says the game isn’t available yet.
It says 12 PM (noon) EST on the 27th.
Now we understand the reason behind military time, i.e. 0:00 o'clock vs 12:00 hours
