4nations XP event - unable to pick country

Hi there. Thanks for reporting this. I've passed it on to the team. Hopefully, we can get that screen re-enabled. I'll respond with an update when I have one.

Edit: Please send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID along with your country choice. We'll need to manually send these out to you.
