Hi there. Can you get me a screenshot of the error message? Also, are you sure you're logging into the account that purchased the game or has an EA Play subscription?

I got the same problem and i used only just my account. I subscribed to the EA play to get nhl 25 it worked a month then I paid for another month but on nhl 25 is still locked. Other games from the catalogue in the EA subscription are working but the nhl 25 is not working. Please help me

I have a same problem, that started today. I played NHL 25 on PS5 via EA subscription, without any problems, but today I cant run it on and is also unavailable in EA play game menu. I have currently EA play subscription and every other game is available and downloadable. 🤦

Tady je foto co mi to ukazuje když to nejde spustit, již nevím co s tím. Předplatné EA platím každý měsíc. A jak psal další uživatel fungovalo to měsíc a poté přestalo.
