BaP crash to dashboard

I’ve lost an entire season in be a pro because of the game “dashboarding” me so I looked up and tried all the fixes, cleared the cache, hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, changed the network address crap or whatever, nothing worked so I started all the way over and started a whole new season which I nearly completed and guess what!? It’s happening again, I have been using the cooling fan the whole time and I’ve done the online chat with you guys all I got from that was did you try everything I already tried and “sorry to hear that” you guys made a piece of **bleep** and won’t admit it. Trying to blame the console… I really want to get the new game for the Mammoth but honestly now I’m not too sure I will.
