NHL 25 crashes all the time
Whether I am playing be a pro, woc or any other mode after about a minute my game takes me back to the dashboard with no error code. Game also did this in nhl 24 but this game crashes more than double. I’ve reset my Xbox, cleared reserve space and everything and it still crashes, the only game I have that does this. Please help.

I receive the following error every time I attempt to play an online game mode on my PS5. ERROR CODE: 90529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 Several of my friends in my club also receive the same error when attempting to play online. Offline modes are unaffected. Error displays when attempting to join drop-in or club games for 6v6, 3v3, etc. I have un-installed and reinstalled my game to no effect.
Be a Pro Crashing
I’ve purchased NHL games from 17 to 25 and I’ve never gotten this type of glitch or bug. I mostly play Be a Pro because I like the locked player and general fun of messing around against pros. Recently, maybe 3 to 4 days ago, November 21st or 22nd, I opened my game and went on Be a Pro. Everything seemed to be normal. I pressed Start Game and the music, new to this year, right before the intro of the game begins. Then, you hear that same music glitch a tiny bit and boom the screen suddenly turns black. It doesn’t even let you continue past the screen where you see the two team’s logos separated by the vs right before the intro cutscenes. So, I did all I could to attempt to fix it. Here’s what I’ve done: Reset Xbox, reset game like 20 times, delete and download game, move the game onto my external hard drive and move to internal, change TV resolution to 1080p, log off and on EA account, and even simulated a game to see if it would do it again, and it did. This is mostly all I play, so to spend a good 100 dollars on the game to not be able to play makes me frustrated. I know it’s a small technical bug and I stand hopeful that EA will fix this. If this is a problem on my end, please note what I could potentially do to fix this. Attached, you will find 2 files containing images from the moment it freezes and crashes. Thank you, a customer.
