Game crashes after starting HUT Xbox series X
Every time I try to play HUT the game loads and updates the rosters then crashes once the rosters update. It was working fine for a few hours then after a wildcard game I got an error message and was sent to the main menu and since then when I open HUT it crashes the game. World of Chel works fine and the other modes too. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, hard restarting my xbox and deleting local files and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this/found a fix? There is also a banner announcement that appears just before crashing but it’s completely blank.

I get p1 lvl 2 and i do évent 94 rewind and when i reconnect i drop the **bleep** to lvl 40 what the problem here . I play Hut and get no problem but woc lots of problems not fix and i think its disgusting buy 140$ cdn for a game full of buggy but its true woc not make you guys money eas wow à patch soon or Never
Trade deadline issue
In Franchise mode I get to the trade deadline. I then select to go thru each team to see who has players listed. Starting from the top in alphabetical order, once I hit Boston Bruins the program errors and kicks me out of the screen and puts me back at the main menu. When I go back in any trades made have been reversed and the deadline has past. I hhve reported this twice using the online reporting tool from the game. Its still happeneing . Could you please look into this... Psidon.
Failed to retrieve data cannot play any online mode
When I try to connect to anything in world of chel I get failed to retrieve data. Same goes for a vs game as soon as it starts searching the error pops up. I've deleted and reinstalled, restored license, deleted game saves, restarted ps5 and modem multiple times. It worked for 2 games and this started.......Keep getting error code in HUT (PS5 Nhl 25)
Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well. Preordered game, weekend and I cant play. Not really funny.
Crashes On Create Player
In no other NHL game has there been a crash when trying to go to the goah darn Create Player menu. But somehow, NHL 25 can't handle a Create Player menu that has a scroll bar because every time I tried to go to the Create Player menu after work, the game crashed. Can't believe I wasted my money on such a trash game that can't even handle its own Create Player menu.
Can’t edit club arena
I’ve had the game for a week and everything I try to change a net color, change stadium, change goal sound I get an error code. tried a new account on the club I get the same error. i tried a new club and was able to change it. can someone please fix this. ive played almost 100games in this club and d1 trying to unlock everything for esports.and now i cant even change my stadium or anything. club name is The Helmet Boys thank you
ERROR CODES GALORE - CANT PLAY NHL 25
This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is clearly an EA Sports issue. Why is it working on one system and not the other? EA, where’s the communication? Where’s the fix? I paid for early access and can’t even play. It’s ridiculous, and it needs to be sorted out ASAP.
