XP player upgrade error
Everytime I try to upgrade a player from current season game boots me back to main menu. I refunded Backstrom to build up Giroux and I keep getting this error number. 1C52212D1D407BA0-0000000000009999-3A506F32F32F2104722 If anyone can help that would be great. Im using the right tokens and everything, have done this process last season as well with no error.When you play on your personalized character it crashes
I played yesterday with my personalized character . I could get in to the player but when I try play a game with the player the game sends a message like "something went wrong in the app or in the game" and I don't know why. Can you please help me with the problem. And I have reported it also in the games message. Our Chel team won the 3’s club championship and we just received our rewards today as did all the other championship teams. EA_AljoUnfortunately, the rewards cannot be equipped and the error code bellow pops up. DFEFBD06AB1C0954-0000000000009999-43CAF82FB583FDFB Tried to equip on all 3 logo slots, tried to equip on all 3 different jerseys and still the same error code. We have spoken to other championship teams and they are as frustrated as we are atm. They are not able to equip the patches on their jerseys as well. tbh, we are encountering more and more error messages in Chel Clubs creation zone and there is no fix in sight. Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. I have searched the forums and see hundreds of people with the same issue
Game configuration failure on EASHL
What is going on? It’s happening to me and all my friends, I’d say 8 of the last 10 games we’ve played, one of us have lagged out at the start of the game with “Game Configuration Failure” and then the game doesn’t even count? What is happening? How is this not fixed?
