was just changing my lineup on my HUT team and was booted out w an error code. Tried to get back and it keeps saying the servers are down but no one else in the community is having a problem connecting. I've reinstalled the game. reset my router and even changed my dns setting to no avail. I also cleared my cache. nothing. i'm a die hard HUT grinder and this would be devastating right before xmas if I can't play anymore. please help!!! This happened around 6pm 12/22 eastern time and its now 9:30 pm

i'm on ps5 when i load the game, it says connecting in the right hand corner for about a minute then says cant connect to servers. then i try to load hut and after about the same amount of time it says the same thing. i had a free copy of fifa or whatever its called now 24 and it connected once then wouldnt connect. then i download nhl 24 and that wouldn't work as well. i've cleared the cache ive cjanged my dns and reinstalled the game. this is so upsetting right before the holidays. ive been playing this game since 1993 and im at my wits end.

Same here. Pretty frustrating. Who is your ISP? I'm using WOW. Really think it's a EA problem because literally every other device and service is working fine for me, playing MLB The Show online right now, but NHL 25 (and 24) both give me the exact issue you described.

Same issue, I’m in Michigan, have an Xbox series X and have WOW internet, every other game works fine but for some reason I can’t connect to nhl 25.

im using wow as well im in michigan. now im wondering if its a wow problem but that wouldnt make any sense wouldnt my internet be down too?

I'm on Xbox series X, also in Mi and have WOW. I thought was WOW but I was able to play nhl24 and connect to everything just fine. However I can not connect to nhl25 servers at all. I have tried everything to fix and nothing has worked.

someone on reddit said he has wow and the same problem but his friend down the street has att w no problems.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
