CHEL Matchmaking is broken

Club, drop-in. Are there no opponents? Teammates can join but can't find opponents. Tried everything we can think of. Garbage.

Hey, everyone. There might be something in your Xbox/PSN account settings causing this. It could have to do with multiplayer, communication, and user created content. Check these settings to see if you have anything disabled.
