Disabled EA account

Hey guys I have just purchased a ps5 and every time I try and link I get an error saying it’s already linked to a @disabled.ea account please help.

 

  • This issue usually happens when the PlayStation account is already linked to an EA account that has been disabled. To resolve this, try the following steps:

    1. Check Which EA Account is Linked:
      • Go to EA’s login page (www.ea.com) and try logging in using the email associated with your PlayStation account.
      • If you can’t log in or don’t remember the password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
    2. Contact EA Support:
      • Since the account is disabled, you’ll likely need EA Support to unlink it.
      • Visit EA Help (help.ea.com), log in (if possible), or select "Contact Us" to start a case.
      • Provide details, including your PSN ID and any error messages you’re receiving.
    3. Double-check Email Accounts:
      • If you’ve had multiple emails over the years, it’s possible the disabled account is associated with an old or unused email. Try checking all your accounts for EA-related emails.

    My account is disabled. I am able to log in. I'm trying to play Battlefield V online, but get the message that my account is disabled. I've reset my password, get the same message. Follow instructions posted and keep going in circles. How hard can it be to access a live chat button? Or even an email address?

    I have the same problem man, EA makes it so hard to get help. I've created a ticket on support page and have been waiting. Theres no way to simply unlink the account for some reason, and I just keep getting the same reset password message. I reached out for a refund from playstation and all they did was that there is nothing they can do. It's really an endless cycle of chat bots saying F you

    I am having the exact same problem and cannot play Battlefield 2042. I have tried to follow the steps to contact support but that seems to be a loop as well. All I get is the AI support and that's not helpful. This sucks. I cannot play my favorite game anymore.

    I had this exact same issue. I was getting an error message when trying to login on the PS5. It kept telling me to change my password, even after I already had. So I logged into my account and it didn't show a linked psn account. When I clicked the button to link it, it showed that I also had a "disabled.ea.com" email account. I contacted support https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and they asked what my PSN id was and then unlinked that PSN id from the ea account. After doing that, I was able to link my EA account to my PSN account and everything works now.

    how did you contact them? i cant find anyway to actually report this issue in any way, pls help me find a way to speak to someone.

  • Hi guyz, I have good news! In my case with a banned/disable account. I just talked WITH A HUMAN and solved my problem!!!

    Just follow this tips. In a few minutes they just unlinked my EA account c3*****@disabled.ea.com of my PSN account.

    DO NOT LOG IN WITH EA ACCOUNT > CONTINUE WITHOUT LOGIN.

    Fill the information required and select your platform.

     

    Aguarde até que o ícone de tempo de espera apareça no canto inferior direito da tela, clique no ícone e aguarde ser atendido por um humano.
    Dessa forma consegui resolver meu problema.

    Wait until the waiting time icon appears in the bottom right corner of the screen, click on the icon and wait to be attended by a human.
    This way I was able to solve my problem.
