Disabled EA account
Hey guys I have just purchased a ps5 and every time I try and link I get an error saying it’s already linked to a @disabled.ea account please help.
This issue usually happens when the PlayStation account is already linked to an EA account that has been disabled. To resolve this, try the following steps:
- Check Which EA Account is Linked:
- Go to EA’s login page (www.ea.com) and try logging in using the email associated with your PlayStation account.
- If you can’t log in or don’t remember the password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
- Contact EA Support:
- Since the account is disabled, you’ll likely need EA Support to unlink it.
- Visit EA Help (help.ea.com), log in (if possible), or select "Contact Us" to start a case.
- Provide details, including your PSN ID and any error messages you’re receiving.
- Double-check Email Accounts:
- If you’ve had multiple emails over the years, it’s possible the disabled account is associated with an old or unused email. Try checking all your accounts for EA-related emails.
