FPS stutter after the new patch
Game is stuttering after the patch on Xbox series S Please fix this ASAP it was not happening before and lot of people on twitch have confirmed they have it also.

I see what i can do tomorrow. I'm just not quite sure how you can see the stutters from a recorded video as xbox records it at 60fps and the video is processed.

Community ManagerIf it's not visible there, you could try recording it with a mobile device. I assume you've power cycled your network equipment and console, cleared locally saved games, cleared the alt MAC, etc?
Yes, i know its fps stutter as i have variable refresh rate on, my monitor menu shows the Hz and it's dropping when the lag happens. Before the patch it was always constantly 120Hz with rare drops to 119Hz
After the update with Pwhl Womens league , there is no longer icon passing “ vision passing “ it might pop up the odd time but its gone offline and online , But thats not even the worst problem the game is barley playable now due to desync or lag or whatever buggy stutter glitchyness is happening , i took a screen record of some gameplay so u can see the stutter , as you can imagine when u go to line up a Body check or a Shot or pass and it stutters it completly messes you up making the game barley playable ….. ill send u the video if you give me an email or if i can figure out how to post it on here
i was playing hockey ultimate team doing Hut moments challanges in the video and it is stuttering lagging constantly offline

We are ware of the stuttering issue and are investigating it.
Thank you glad to hear your aware of it , cant wait till its fixed im grinding my hut team but its so laggy its making it annoying , please post on twitter to let people know your aware of the stutter alot of people calling there internet provider because of this
Can somone at ea just go test your game and see how broken it is now , no icon passing which you tweeted on twitter but you said its only online when in fact its offline too well offline in hockey ultimate team , and the stutter is so bad please check ur game and see how broken it is and fix it , im gonna be calling for a refund its un playable

For offline, you may be able to turn icon passing off and then back on. See if that works.
You're welcome to contact the retailer to see if a refund is available. We're working to get this resolved soon though.
