I can't play online in world of chel. The game is asking me for Xbox game pass when trying to join and search for a game. I have Xbox game pass ultimate

I should also mention I bought the game through preorder in September 2024. So I’m kind of frustrated EA / Microsoft. Can we figure this one out?

Community ManagerAre you trying to download the game you pre-ordered from the store or are you going through the EA Play? You should just be trying to download from the Xbox store since it was purchased.
