NHL25 crashes all the time in game

Question

NHL crashes all the time, when playing. It either shuts down and go to the xbox menu or the xbox shuts completely.

I cleared all the cache, multiple times and even did a factory reset. It crashes about one game out of two. Unplayable.

Hello. Is your console in a well ventilated location with the vents free of any dust and debris?

I tried to move stuff around to make more room. It had some hair but I cleaned it.&nbsp; It is on top of a tv desk. It still shuts down.
