NHL 25 can’t join clubs

I’m on PS5 and my buddy is on Xbox, we both have made clubs but when we try to add each other it says “this user has never play NHL 25”. We have played games with each other multiple times. If someon...

    Open the Social menu when in WoC. Go to the Social Settings screen. Now, select Privacy and make sure this is set to Joinable.
