NHL 25/Can’t play clubs or online

I keep getting the same error code.  905291FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9838600830037892.  I've literally tried everything. How can a game be this broken

Same thing is happening to my friends. We all spent money on the game and can’t play together. They haven’t been able to play for weeks. Nothing EA does fixes this.

    Are all of your friends on the same club? If so, is the club a mix of PS and Xbox players?
