Community ManagerCan you get me a video showing your players being slow? You can publish it through your console or put it up on YouTube and respond with a link.
Have you checked the input delay on your TV? Does it have a game mode option? Make sure that is enabled if so. Also, you could try swapping out your HDMI cable. It should be a premium one. That comes with your console so it's possible you're already using it.
I have found a good solution for input delay and it's to ditch the USB - Type C and buy yourself a Type C - Type C cable and make sure u have your communication method set to Cable not Bluetooth!
