Can’t Play any Online Matches
Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. (both Playstation 5) I try online versus: failed to retrieve data, code: 65836E8CC2F858E7-0000000000009999-20535A907DF21DCE any mode in WoC Clubs: failed to retrieve data, code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 I’ve attached a screenshot of both errors above. is this common? has anyone else experienced this tonight? really disappointed to have spent the money on the game today for it not to work after 30 minutes.

I get p1 lvl 2 and i do évent 94 rewind and when i reconnect i drop the **bleep** to lvl 40 what the problem here . I play Hut and get no problem but woc lots of problems not fix and i think its disgusting buy 140$ cdn for a game full of buggy but its true woc not make you guys money eas wow à patch soon or Never
Keep getting error code in HUT (PS5 Nhl 25)
Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well. Preordered game, weekend and I cant play. Not really funny.Missing out on early access benefits due to error codes and broken game
Missed out on all the early access benefits because I kept getting error codes for the past 6 days coming on 7 everytime I try to play a mode for example hut rivals and squad battles and even wildcard every time I try to load into a eashl lobby I get the exact same error code can’t play any modes resulting on me missing out on the early access benefits I’m missing the free X factor and free icon cards in hut and the things in world of chel this is incredibly frustrating especially when you spend this much money on a game that doesn’t even work and given 0 timetable of when it will be fixed so it could be another week before it’s fixed for all I know this is beyond ridiculous
Loss packet 20%
Hello, I have a problem with packet loss in NHL 25. everything was fine in NHL 24. I have optical internet and PS is connected via cable. Can you advise me where the problem is? Alternatively, provide the IP addresses of the servers? I'm from Slovakia, how do I find out which server I'm connecting to? my provider asks me to do this to test the connection. Thank you for any advice.
