Hi, I can’t install NHL 25 on my PS5. I get an error saying “Cannot install due to NHL 25 Post Launch Standard Tracker”. My subscription is active and all other games work fine. Please help. Thanks!

NHL25 (PS5) trophy What a wild ride unobtainable
Hello, would it be possible to make a season active again so that we can achieve the trophy "What a wild ride", please? Goal of the trophy is to Complete 5 games in HUT Wild Card but the mode is not available due to "no active season". Thank you in advance from the Platinum Hunters who are still missing this trophy.

NHL25 on PS5 - EA Play Issue
Hello, I am located in the UK, and I was playing NHL25 on my PS5 this morning (6AM) and it worked fine. I have downloaded it from EA Play. I closed the game and turned my PS5 off. Now (11:00AM) the game will not load, and I no longer have the option to launch the game. Where it used to have a "Play Game" button, that button now says "View Product", and the game has a lock icon next to the EA logo. I have a current EA Play subscription, and other games I have downloaded from EA Play work as expected. On the EA Play game catalogue page NHL25 is listed as "Unavailable". I had just started the first round of the playoffs on my Be a Pro save, and I would like to finish it. Can anyone help? What has happened? Thank you.
