Was just flippn stuff in the auction house yesterday and seen my coins get sucked to zero then I couldn't list anymore, did a console restart log into hut and ... banned says coin mitigation and acount abnormalities?? I haven't even logged in to my back up acount in 6 months??? 28 day ban and they took my 2.9 million hard earned coins...thanks ea just started building xfactor mcdavid this weekend what a kick in the nuts

EA literally couldn't care about their users. They've proven that time and again. Looking at the state of the Battlefield servers and their reluctance to fix the crash exploit that been used globally for the last 2 weeks is one example.
I find it pretty coincidental that the ps network went down couple weeks ago there too... when that happened years ago there was a data leak... just feels like someone is messing with me....

Hey bud. Check it out on the info you were given for EA. I got hacked by someone else, who had taken over my account. I couldn't log in. However. I did contact EA, and amazingly, they fixed the problem. Good luck in getting your stuff back. Hope it works out.
So I went to ea help started a case and received an email telling me they can't help and I have to raise the dispute of the ban myself ,then was given a link to where I started the case originally? So confused
Personally. Since we all use this forum to exercise our griefs and extol our accomplishments. This forum should have a direct link to EA. And in saying as much. The moderators should be given the affordability to take your problem directly to EA, and be given a proper course of action. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case. No fault of the moderators, nor of this forum. It lies with the franchise (EA to be precise) itself. This so called governing body that chose to ban you, without explanation. It just once again shows the thoughtless and arrogant attitude they take toward those that enable their product to exist. I was both amazed and thankful when my problem was both looked at and resolved. Now I am just perplexed at why you are not afforded that same assistance. Wishing you luck going forward with this bud. I do hope resolved is the operative word in this matter.

What really is a head scratcher is the fact that I went to ea help after I found out the forums don't have the authority to help in this matter, I can't wrap my head around I was told to go to EA help so I did... started a case ....waited for a reply... got a reply that stated we can't help with changes in our system please contact EA Help to excilate your case... with a link taking me back to the EA Help site where I originally started the case?
