I can post videos here later if necessary, but I can right away describe what the problem is.
Calling the wrong team depends on the arena in use. From my observations, this only applies to bronze and silver arenas (a friend of mine uses the Pittsburgh Penguins arena and James says "Pittsburgh"). And this only applies to the names of the team's town/country, not nicknames. For example, if the bronze Val-d'Or Foreurs arena is set up, James calls "Griffins" (Grand Rapid). The bronze Trois-Rivières Lions arena gives "Oulun" and "Kärpät" alternately and the silver arena Hartford Wolf Pack gives "Team Kazakhstan". I don't have any other arenas to check, but I'm sure they all have the wrong commentary names, no matter what logo is set. The set team logo does not matter. So it seems that this year, for some unknown reason, it is the arenas that influence the team name, and not the logo, as has been the case for years. In addition, the nicknames set in the team's audio settings give the correct calls, e.g. Canucks gives "The Canucks", but in the Wolf Pack arena you will hear "The Kazakstan" and "The Canucks" alternately.
