I'm still waiting for an answer regarding the Prime pack.
Does anyone know when the prime pack bug will be fixed? Support doesn't work very well...

Support is terrible, per usual when dealing with EA. You actually cant send a message to anyone on EA help which defeats the whole purpose. You can talk to a bot though that does nothing. Funny thing is they got our money, they have no issues on that end.
